how do you make the blotchy paint look so smooth? what tool do you use to refine the skin painting and make it look flawless and not blotchy? :O

It's beautifull but I'm curious: how do you apply the repetitive texture to the piece of tissu? Would you mind sharing with us?

Hey Yinetyang, thanks a lot... what part is it you mean sorry... is it the fabric texture, the pattern... or the frills at the bottom you mean? :)

Actually I was wondering how you made the pattern distorded as it was a real folded tissu. But i'm interested in the frills, now that you mention it. :D

The Frills were really easy actually, just the bevel and emboss filter applied to the painted pattern

The folded pattern was easy as well really, it was all done using the liquify filter, pulled and dragged into the folds of the fabric and then set to overlay :)
