Sketchbook Speedie by AaronGriffinArt Sketchbook Speedie by AaronGriffinArt
I have finally invested in a scanner to work from my sketchbook... Did this one just for fun and practice... Taking around 2 hours in total using photoshop CS5, an A5 sketchbook and mechanical pencils.

Thanks everyone

Impressive, Seeing more of your traditional lines/sketches gives a stronger impression of you true style.
Also seeing the direction your taking it with smooth values in short time really suggest a great workflow.

I do hope you will keep that up, I for one really appreciate seeing this! =D

Aaaand I like the mix of hard and soft edges on the character.

Hey Ragaru, thank you very much for commenting, i am glad you like it!

I agree, seeing traditional works always presents a more raw demonstration of ones abilities. I can see from my sketchbook how far i have come since last year, and i shall be showing that transition on here probably. But i will for sure... be adding more traditional drawings. Drawing with much easier hand i co-ordination is refreshing though... i must... MUST get a cintiq lol

Thanks again man, i appreciate it!

I can only see you improving by the double this year, and more traditional will simply present more of your personality for the followers!

And I wish the best for you, and hope you will get your hands on Cintiq 24HD as soon as possible, Your skills should not be kept on hold when the freedom of such a tool can bring out the true nature of your digital art!

Anytime my Friend!
